Partnerships

Creating and maintaining lasting relationships in the community with area hospitals, healthcare organizations, chambers of commerce, and other civic and social organizations, is one way that we keep a finger on the pulse of the communities we serve. We currently have growing partnerships with Acadia General Hospital, Lafayette General, Our Lady of Lourdes, and Levy Park.

By fostering relationships with these organizations, we’re able to help improve the lives of our residents and those in the surrounding communities we serve by offering more opportunities to achieve improved healthcare and well-being.
