DOES MY LOVED ONE NEED SKILLED NURSING?

Skilled Nursing will help your loved one heal faster with the goal of re-gaining their independence and returning home as soon as possible.

At our Skilled Nursing facilities, we offer the highest standard of daily medical care available outside of a hospital for 24-hour monitoring and on-going treatment plans for residents. Our staff of certified nurses, aides, physicians, and therapists care for residents recovering from surgery, a hospital stay or an acute extended illness, and even those that need long-term medical care.

Our skilled medical personnel deliver personalized treatment plans agreed upon by the physician, family, and resident, with realistic goals based on the resident’s unique medical and rehabilitative needs.

DOES MY LOVED ONE NEED REHABILITATION?

Our care communities offer advanced rehabilitation services for those in need of short or long-term therapy. Rehab services are always prescribed by a physician for those who meet the criteria, which includes a 3-midnight stay in a Medicare-approved hospital. THERAPY REDEFINED BY INNOVATIVE CARE

We partner with skilled and compassionate therapists from Innovative Care across all of our communities to help residents heal in three vital areas: body, mind, and speech. Our comfortable therapy environments offer the privacy and innovative, senior-specific equipment needed for effective recovery.

Innovative Care therapists tailor their skilled-treatment approach to each community and patient, taking the time to understand their unique medical needs to create a completely customized recovery plan. We openly encourage families to be a part of their loved one’s recovery process to ensure all concerns are alleviated and solutions are agreed upon.

Our experienced therapists build trusted relationships with each patient, and their ultimate goal is to treat each person individually so they can fully recover at the speed that’s best for them.
